Terms of Service

These terms are a starting outline only. Production agreements should include a master services agreement, statement of work, support terms, change-request policy, confidentiality language, card-on-file authorization, and acceptance criteria.

Services

Services may include AI Systems Audits, custom software builds, dashboards, client portals, automations, integrations, AI admin assistants, support sessions, and related consulting.

Scope and changes

Each build should have a defined scope, deliverables, timeline, and change-request process. Additional work should be approved before it is started.

Billing

AI Systems Audits may be paid upfront. Build sprints may use deposits or milestone payments. Support may be provided through a monthly plan or agreed hourly work.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing deliverables, protecting their account access, and using delivered systems lawfully.
