Legal draft
Service Agreement Overview
This page is a working outline for the client service agreement structure. The production documents should be reviewed by an attorney before launch and should match the actual scope, billing, support, AI/data handling, and delivery process used by Clearstep Systems.
Core documents
The legal stack should include a master services agreement, statement of work, support terms, payment authorization, confidentiality language, change request policy, and AI/data processing addendum where needed.
Scope
Each AI Systems Audit, Build Sprint, and support plan should define deliverables, client responsibilities, acceptance criteria, timelines, excluded work, AI review requirements, and how changes are approved.
Billing
Stripe should handle invoices, subscriptions, receipts, payment methods, and customer portal access. Clearstep Systems should store Stripe references and billing status, not raw card data.
Support
Support terms should explain what is included in the monthly plan, what becomes billable additional work, expected response times, emergency work, and how support requests are documented.
